Pros
equipment and dispatch is great, once you out your time in and get a home every day run it can really be great.
Cons
dealing with Toyota, slowdowns in fall/winter, PTO takes forever to earn, cameras watching you all day and squaking nonsense which is more distracting than helpful.

They have some dec. runs in ky. to auto plants, after training with another driver for flatbed steel/tie down you will be on E/log and running on your own.

One other detail on that 27%. You have to run a minimum amount to stay there. One complaint with that is it's based on prior quarters performance & some drivers would come up short of this in a slow freight quarter & then find themselves running their tails off when things picked up only at a lower rate. This will not be explained until the after training orientation session, where you'll also be told you'll be charged for training if you don't accept the job. Which ammouts to the 2 weeks they run behind on pay. Something to ask about up front. As previously stated E-logs with 2 way camera complete with listening capabilities, plus a roving inspector who frequents some of the mills they load & unload at.
