The equipment in the Memphis Tn plant is one step above a dumpster fire. Most if not all have over 1 million miles on it or more. The freight ay is highly decent and a regional haz driver can make 50-80 k ins the awesome, some loads pay flat rate, some loads pay mileage drivers get sleeper Beth pay, also hourly pay, and at end of month if no issues drivers get a 300-350 month bonus. Also offer fmla

Equipment in Memphis plant, is a dumpster fire, the corporate back stabbing can b brutal especially coming from the East Chicago in plant which is the Home terminal. And the Millington Tn truck Shop is a joke. Safety is not always a top concern for them as they say it is but won’t do anything bout it
