I work for this company. I like it here so far. This is definitely my last trucking job. The management is awesome; our Dispatchers always (99.9%) have a reload or back haul planned. Trucks are governed at 72 mph. All trucks are leased through Penske, Truckway, or IdeaLease. Very well maintained with APUs and fridges. I’m home most weekends. There are time I get home in the wee hours of Saturday morning, but I go back out Monday. You get the full 34 hours at home. Life has improved drastically for my family and I. The pay is great! $0.50 per mile plus a $3k sign on bonus. We do run heavy; we run the NE and Midwest, but our trucks can pull mountain grades. Tolls are already paid for with E-ZPass and Kentucky RiverLink (Kentucky Transportation Cabinet), and we have PrePass. Nine time outta 10, I get a green light to boogie on past the scales. We are on a 2 week pay hold back. However, the company is generous and will allow $350 a week of the sign on bonus for use until the first check is cut. Also, the sign on bonus is broken down into an extra $100 per week until paid out. There is also a safety bonus; you will earn around $500-$700 extra a month in safety bonuses, paid out separate. I recommend coming to work here.

Pros

Great pay, no pressure, plenty of miles, and good equipment.

Cons

Two week hold back in pay.
