My Husband has worked for TransWay for over 6 years. They have great disbatchers and good pay. He makes good money because he isn't afraid to stay out 2 or 3 weeks. He drives new truck! Tom the owner has always been good to him.

Pros

Good pay, disbatchers try to keep you moving. Paycheck is direct deposit on time.

Cons

If you want special treatment and complain about loads, go somewhere else! The people that work in TransWay operations are very intelligent, they are not babysitters. As for women, do your job! I drove truck for 20 years, and it was tough no whining about how you need the easiest load. Do the toughest loads ladies!! Remember, what don't kill ya, will make you stronger!

Let’s their equipment go untended till it’s unsafe to drive. Tires never get replaced till they blow out. Theirs not a 24 hour dispatch so your fucked if something happens after hours

Is it good place to start. Willing to work with the drivers for the most part. Overall friendly environment to work in. The negative is slim and attention pay and sit too often at times. Also you're allowed to take your tractor home with you. Good luck
