Good company, I am new so had better expectations than were there. Training with another driver was a joke. He knew nothing. Was as unorganized as could be. Poor communication between departments.

Equipment is decent. Trailers are great, trucks are not. Pay is always on time. Weekly miles are great. All refer live loads and unloads with some drop and hook. Dispatchers are extremely nice but have no communication at all within the office despite working within 2 feet from each other. The paperwork you need to scan isn't just the BOL like everyone else, you have to create a trip sheet instead of them creating a trip sheet for you. New qualcomms which in my opinion great! Safety isn't exactly taken too seriously if you're under a load and report something is broken. In my opinion this comoany is worth a shot. They fly you out to orientation and set you up in a nice hotel that's 1 person to a room. Also they don't provide the navigation so you need a GPS or map. Sometimes they provide the wrong number to the shipper or reciever. It's a decent company that has it's problems like all other companies but worth a shot!

Pros

Good trailers with quiet refers Nice drivers and dispatchers APUs New Qualcomm Treatment of drivers is good

Cons

Trucks are iffy at best Paperwork Dispatching is forced and not accurate

It is a nightmare company to work for.i learned that "never work for small trucking companies family own" dispatchers are micromanaging and controlling ,company don't pay demerge(waiting to on load/offload) they said we do but they don't,you are required to put chain and drive on ice and in the snow blizzard ,if you refused to do so because you don't feel safe they will terminate your employment without even let you know they just will have you set on load going back to their terminal and from there they will fire you on the spot, I worked for this company never refused any loads for all that I never was able to good at least 700 a week!. No good enough home time, like I said before it is micromanaging company and they have force dispatch youveill be getting a loads that don't pay you decent and required you to make 3-4 stops deliveries in side cities urban area ,like Portland. Oregon,Los Angelo's,Spokane.WA.the worse than all these thing ,they don't respect company drivers ,they will talk down at you any time you ask question.you are just a number .be aware this company participates in DAC report ,if they fired you with or with out reason they will put that on your DAC report ,and that will make it very difficult for you to find another driving jobs .my advice to company drivers and o/o ,there are alot of decent trucking companies that will treat you in respect and dignity plus they will pay you good amount of money and with no force dispatch or a MUST chain up police.do not make the same mistake that I made by working for this company it was waste of time, money and health .

Pros

They will bring you on the greyhound bus

Cons

Must chain up in the winter, force dispatch, low pay, participate in the DAC report
