The company has a potential problem, which I see as a disconnect between management and the drivers. For the most part, the customers are good, but we still have to deal with brokers now and then to fill in the weeks when there are no company loads.
Pros
The equipment is okay; it's not going to stand out, but maybe that's a good thing. They do their best to get you home on the weekends.
Cons
Time management is terrible, and they will have you sit at a shipper for hours with no pay. They promise detention after 1.5 hours, then 'schedule' you 4 hours out from a place that's only 15 minutes away.
