Management is not as reliable Dispatcher is a driver but does not standup for drivers Equipment: Tractors are newer but not well maintained, Trailers are 30+ years old and most have 5 multiple issues at least wrong with them. I was discriminated against for being a woman, but they did it in a way that there is no proof. Managers manipulate equipment to their advantage. Dispatchers cater to drivers whom they like.
