They started hiring new drivers with significantly less experience at a hire rate than existing drivers. Refused to fix it. Told alot of lies when hired, like new truck in a couple months. New general manager was hired, but never introduced himself to drivers. The new safety manager did the same. Safety manager is universally hated. Dispatch routinely lies or fails to pass along information.

Promises made upon hire turn into lies. Dispatchers give the best loads to their favorites. One customer receives shipments, then ships out final product, requiring a five-hour wait time - four hours are NOT compensated, due to the two-hour "allowance" for each action! This is a recycling facility, so in a remote location and uncomfortable, smelly and dirty. both main terminal and drop yard location have limited to no facilities. Layover and downtime pay have to be "fought" for. You MUST chain through the Rockies in winter!
