Family oriented. Driver friendly. Paid training with good accomodations. Pd detention time. No age discrimination. Plenty of loads. I'm never waiting for a trip. Usually have the next one lined up.

Pros

Home time when ever I want. Pd parking. Detention. 51 cpm to start. Better than some. time. Never waiting for a load. new trucks.

Cons

Unclear on some company rules. Learn as you go. 51 cpm not as much as some.
