Ran ragged. Most new hires quit within a couple days. Can't get temp drivers in because work is too stressful for the pay. Forget vacation time...they just revoked 3 days this year. Absolutely no phone support at stops. This is LTL. Expect 450 miles and 10 stops daily. If you don't make it back, you lose next day's route and pay. Be prepared to come in on your day off for a mandatory meeting. Used to be a great place to work until the current supervisor came on board 6 years ago.
