I loved Woody Bogler Trucking, I'd still be there if I didn't move outside of their running area. I moved to TX and the end dumps only run MO and the bordering states. When I started, Corey recruited me, this guy knows the company. He was super quick at getting me in the door, and everything he told me was spot on with what I experienced. I wish their end dumps ran down to TX because I wouldn't have left.

Pros

Home every weekend Grossed 1,500-1,700/ wk Great people work in the office nice equipment

Cons

I don't know if I'd really call this a con if you know what you're getting into but end dump isn't like dry van. There is somewhat physical work involved. You have to be able to climb in and out of trailers, sweep them out and roll the tarp across the top of the trailer. The money makes it worth it, but this isn't a dock bumping steering wheel holder kind of job.

You'll get as many unpaid empty miles as you will loaded. They pay a % of the load, but I believe they're lying about what the actual pay is. If you're good with sleeping in the truck 5 days a week for 7-800 bucks You'll be happy. Hope you don't have a family emergency, because they'll pretend to understand then text you the next day saying that all your stuff will be in a box and they'll block you number so they don't have to talk to you. In the end they turned out to be heartless ### holes.

Pros

They get you home on the weekend

Cons

You will be lied too and won't make any money

When a company has two orientations a week, every week, that's a red flag. If you like being home every weekend while making fast food wages this the job for you.

Pros

Home every weekend

Cons

terrible pay

So I work for Woody burglar for a total of 6 days 3 days orientation 3 Days on the road . Fill that paperwork for a pet policy which was $250 they tell you you can't have your pet in the truck for 30 days but yet they took the pet policy out before I was even able to get my pet in the truck and 6 days I left so therefore I didn't get to use my pet policy ask for a refund a refused this company also wants you to run oversize trainers teach you to run behind the scales and so that's how you make money that's the only that's the emphasis on how you make money is to run overweight . Very upset that you took a $250 out of my family's pocket when they shouldn't have was only there 6 days they should have waited 30 days to take out the pet policy so I'm out $250 with my money could go for groceries or electric bill or something like that the company has a lot more money than I do but evidently that's how they make their money is by taking money out of your check and not giving it back to you very unhappy with this whole experience would not suggest you going to this company unless you want to run illegal
