WTI pays their drivers on a percentage basis. If you choose to be an OTR driver your percentage starts at 28%.If a driver needs to be home every weekend then their percentage is 26%.
WTI offers its employees the following benefits:
Bad company. Shop is awful. Would not recommend. Won’t fix truck but still wants to charge for working on it. Does not take long to be upside down on a maintenance account.
Been here for over a year and by far the best company ive worked for. they aint perfect but you can be as successful as you want to be. i had some personal family health issues last year and they were unbelievably supportive of me and my family. i was able to take the time i needed without ever feeling like my job was in jeopardy or being pushed to get back to work. if i need to run i have the opportunity to get out there and run. if i need home time they get me home. over all great people.
Stay clear of this company at all costs. You can't live off of promises and all they give is empty promises.
U barely make money while leasing a truck due to dispatch not telling you the truth about the loads.U make $500 a week on a good week
On the road it means wouldn't try it.Do your research and avoid this company at all costs.Liars of the worst kind.
Three months later Wti transport is still living up to what I was told in orientation. Really glad I made the decision to make the transition to flatbed. Was really scared since this was two firsts my first time as an o/o and new to the flatbed game.
In my opinion the money is decent and consistent for me. Myself personally I make good money and still home on weekends just may leave Sunday evening for Monday morning del. Yes they do have freight with mIles I've del in Minnesota from La Tampa from Kansas it all on where you wanna run once your lease purchase even as company you can hardly call it force disp. They will not send you anywhere your not comfortable
I can say WTI is a great company to work for home time is great pay is great. Every company has its flaws but the pros weight out the cons there. Also use caution when people tell you to go to boyd bros or that WTI is owned by boyd they are not the same company by any means ive worked for both trust me
Wti is great, i am a company driver and the pros out weigh the cons by far, great company and better benifits than most
