- Poor freight, very high turnover....this place is a O/O mill! You will sit a lot. You are a virtual hostage to their junk load board ( providing there is available freight). Agents hide loads for friends and family. No wonder they have to keep up an insane recruiting campaign!
Lots of sitting and dead heading. Poor rates. Brokers just repost loads from other load boards. Also, loads are hidden and saved for favorites. In house load board is junk. Brokers will never show you their rate sheet. Lots of smoke and mirrors. Wonder why you are getting lousy pay?

Used to be Sammons...who was sold to UTI...which is now DSV ( which is a company out of Copenhagen in Denmark!) Junk freight that is just reposted off other load boards. They also do fleece purchase which are nothing but glorified company drivers that get ripped off bad.
