Terrible dispatcher and manager. Wait times for an empty trailer were ridiculous. Pay check was short for several weeks, they did nothing to recompensate us. Never received what we were owed. Not a good place to work.

- Very good compensation and benefits. Equipment is well maintained. They leave you alone while your on the road, and they get you home on time. Most trailer sets are hooked together by the yard dogs, which is very nice. Estes wants to keep their good drivers!!

- The only con I can think of is a few of their terminals are very small and very tight. However, your going to find that with most trucking companies.
Estes is very good to their drivers! Compensation is extremely good, as well as excellent benefits at low cost to employee. Hometime is always there. And they take very good care of their equipment.

- Equipment is terrible, they don't even supply a stereo for your truck! The yard is small and very muddy. You will be micromanaged everyday. Terrible trucker lounge. Unfair dispatchers.
Run like the wind! Or not, if you like to be micromanaged in every way possible. Bad equipment, yard, dispatchers, and home time. U have to fuel at horrible and out of the way places because of micromanagement.
