If you live in Central Florida, and need to be home every 14 days then this is the company for you, however DON'T expect great paychecks. Their pay sucks, partly because they don't have a good freight base. The equipment stinks, all automatics governed at 65 give or take. INWARD & outward facing dash cams with microphones. Majority of their loads run heavy, 40 thousand plus, their biggest customer (as of present) is Georgia Pacific paper. 4 hours before detention is paid & ONLY after you get a name and date and time stamp no exceptions. Seems to be favoritism when it comes to getting loads/miles. Due to payroll cutoff and the way loads fall, I average between 2200-2600 per week. Company seems to be tightening their belt by way of limited hours for shop, and cut down on after hours dispatch coverage.
