Pros
forced dispatched, no incentives what so ever,
Cons
new or old driver same pay, long or short run- same pay, lies, 2 years two week vacation at reduced pay, forced to work or suspended for 3 days or more

Ryder maybe among the worst I had to work for. Driver turnover very high. Driver dispatch managers are non-experienced, no understanding of truck and how to operate trucks. Normal to have scheduled run, with salary of 900 a week, however manager can force you to work from 40-70 hrs per week. Or forced additional days without additional pay. Babysitter equipment installed on trucks, such as two sided camera, allowing them to see your every move, calling you on phone- telling you- your going to fast or too slow. or making a wrong turn, etc. Or calling you to telling you that sun visor is blocking camera.
