- Don't expect equipment to be maintained well. The mechanics are not knowledgeable. There is poor communication among dispatchers, and night dispatch often is unable to help or unwilling to answer the phone. You will get the runaround if there is trouble with the truck. When you are unable to go out, don't expect to get paid...even if you are left sitting because of an equipment failure. You can expect to be accused of being unwilling to run. They will push you to run illegally, and there is no s
This second-generation company has gone downhill since it changed leadership. The current managers don't value their drivers. The claim to have a family atmosphere is misleading. You are nothing but a number there. I have nothing to recommend about this company.
