Alot of small customers with super tight lots a lot of chicago inner city, Crappy old trucks giving new hires trucks with ####+ miles with tore up fairings chipping paint and rusting on bumpers 4+ years experience and I refused the first truck they tried to give me for reasons above night/weekend dispatch are high school kids who never seen inside of a semi, Most there terminals don't have showers or even a place to overnight park (el paso) dispatchers have no clue about trucking think you can just find a place to park at 1am...
