Pros
Minimal micro management, let you live in their truck, can get OTR experience
Cons
If there’s any problems, good luck, you’re on your own with pretty much everything. The driver managers will play games, with you, your time, and your money. My DM said right to my face he doesn’t like truck drivers. Bold, but maybe get a different job, pal.

This is a great place to work if you need employment, need a place to live, but want to be lazy. As long as you drive about 6 hours a day, they’ll leave you alone and let you live in their truck. But you won’t make money. Maybe $500 a week. It’s ironic they call it western because you’re probably going straight to the east coast and you’re probably going to stay out there. I drove flatbed OTR for them and I quit because they didn’t pay me for tarping their loads.
