Pros
Good Pay Good Home Time Driver Amenities Good equipment less than 60 hours on line 3 and 4 with two days off Really Affordable Health care
Cons
No Routine Scheduling 14 hour days are common Chicago and Detroit often (didn't bother me too much but I know it will many) tight docks with full condos @ 53 feet trailers

Out of Bluffton, IN I couldn't complain, and that's comparing to multiple companies. If you are used to OTR and want something that could get you home more then it's a great place (provided you live in the area). I couldn't speak for every location, but the Bluffton terminal hasn't stirred me wrong. It will get busy at times, and the hours will change daily, but an OTR driver should be able to adapt fairly quick. It's taken me some time because I'm also finally adapting to ELOGs to boot, but that's a whole other topic.
