Great load board and can route myself anywhere. And it’s good for me, being based in the southeast and myself routing home whenever

- Wore out trailers, no pay for extremely high mileage deadheads for % drivers and low deadhead for mileage drivers? Idle those trucks or get APU’s It’s so hot !!!!
It’s a decent place to work. But tarp pay is at industry low end $25. Percentage drivers have no minimum deadhead pay And have had upwards to 600 mile deadhead. While mileage paid drivers have low DH runs.Go Figure? Trailers are at best wore out and the rising CSA scores are reflecting it. You can make decent money there but seems like you could make more if allowed to. Trucks will not idle from 70 deg. To 30 deg. They do have bunk heaters but no APU’s. HOT
