Equipment/ used. Hometime/ good. Pay/ above average, weekly, paper checks only, No direct deposit, If you work out of state meaning other than Ne., checks are mailed or you can pay for fedex, or ups charges. I was spending 27.00 a week to get my check, that included the cost to send B.O.L. to the office in Scottsbluff Ne./Maintenance issue's/ are address if brought to the company dispatcher, only those issue's as required by D.O.T. all other issue's need to be review by owner, driver comfort etc. Sometimes paperwork seems to get misplaced in the office, but they will correct on following payday as long as you can provide documentation(make copies of everything).Avoid any out of pocket expenses, in other words don't loan to the company. It maybe difficult to recoup. advance's are given for certain items. As any good driver would know " NEVER TAKE ADVANCE'S". My rate of pay was 0.42 mile 21.50 hr for local I on a average cleared after taxes 400 to 700 a week I lasted six months kind of miss them but not so much. I want to say that I personally don't like to have to beg for what is rightfully mine. Maybe it was just growing pains, maybe. Inclosing all I can say is you will just have to take a chance like I did, it will either work or it won't. For me this will have been my 26th trucking company in 20 years accident free citition free WOW, and to this day have not found one who can just do it right.Something they just don't tell you at these so called training academy's.So with that being said to all of you who can still save yourselves please go to a trade school, community college get the education that will allow to live like a normal person and be home every night, not like some hobo sleeping in parking lots and rest areas. Good Luck.
