Too much micro managing for owner operator program. They need to separate company and o/o programs and manage differently w/out the same rules for both. Most of their trailers are old and NOT well maintained. ICA's are disrespectful and NOT helpful when you are in need of info and too many OOR miles to pick MT trailers. Your avg. pay is 1.35pm all miles. and the drop/hook deal depends on where you live/if there are trailers at that location and 6 hour wait for detention before you start receiving detention pay is RIDICULOUS!!!!!

Terrible management, NO money to pay o/o's and they will lie to you to keep you running w/out pay. STAY AWAY!!! What used to be a good company has turned into a memory... AGAIN...STAY AWAY---look at most of the recent posts, a far cry from 2 years ago. I feel they doubled their capacity and did not have proper managing $kill$...REALLY a shame!!
