- try put lease trucks to on new drivers.
Never drove for them but I have to say as a prospective driver with 1-year experience driving tractor trailer I tried to contact them to become a company driver they told me " we have no company spots open would you like to lease from us" this is after they found out I only have 1 year of experience as a tractor-trailer driver. This is a slippery slope when they try to ask a rookie driver to become a lease driver. Companies that do this I suggest stay away.

- Pay is decent averaged 1100 weekly for entire year that's with 4weeks out.

- condesending dm, poor preplans making loads late before you ever get and put the blame on the driver, unsafe equipment.
Worked for a year left one time due to hometime for another company. The dms are condescending. And will t-call the load off immediately for anything they took off me

- Late for home,bad equipment, poor pay, told stand under a tree if you want to idle to keep cool. Still playing games with me to drop this truck off
First was told before hired on I could drive company truck home. I live 280 miles from Hutchinson,tx terminal. That was a lie they make you drive your person vehicle home to leave the company truck in terminal. Missed multiple appointments. Gone through 6 trucks in a 2 month span all lemons broke down pos. They will have you go opposite way to get you home time aka dallas equivalent a week late don't come here big mistake took this job for more hometime. The pay here is literally half what I made at freymiller my previous employer.they also told me to stand under a tree to keep cool in the summer heat when not driving. Don't come here....
