Never drove for them but I have to say as a prospective driver with 1-year experience driving tractor trailer I tried to contact them to become a company driver they told me " we have no company spots open would you like to lease from us" this is after they found out I only have 1 year of experience as a tractor-trailer driver. This is a slippery slope when they try to ask a rookie driver to become a lease driver. Companies that do this I suggest stay away.
I worked briefly but my time in trucking since 2014, they have driver managers who talk down to you they make you late a lot loads poor preplans you do get 1000+ miles but your in pos truck constant breakdowns if the part is expensive they think poor investment so no fix thats words from the shop mechanics. last few days i had a exhaust leak they said was fix then they said there was no leak me being driver they said i didnt know what i was talking about i had a co2 detector go off at night turned apu off told them in morning they said your late we will get you shop as soon we think we can. they eventually told me after refusing give me different truck drive it or pack my stuff. So wasn't a hard choice honestly as bad this sounds would recommend swift over them and many other megas.
