Equipment is great...all new, all automatic and well maintained. I've never had an issue getting my home time. Every time I request it (about once every 4-6 weeks) it gets approved. Company says they only want you to take around 4-5 days but I've taken up to 6-7. I'm not sure how their pay compares to other companies because I've never worked anywhere else. Personally...I made around $500 week in Phase 1, anywhere from a ONE time low of $350 to a high of $900 a week in Phase 2, I probably averaged around $750 a week in Phase 2. As a trainer I average around $1200 a week. I never had a problem getting miles in Phase 2, I ran anywhere from 4500-5600 miles a week. Take care of your DM and they will take care of you. Loads were 80% Refrigerated with the occasional dry load thrown in.
