Pros
They keep you rolling, and pay well.
Cons
Not the nicest trucks, but not bad either.

Decent equipment. Opti-idle trucks don't have APUs. No company-supplied Prepass. Mostly manual transmissions, but fleet starting to move to Autoshifters. Cruise at 65, pedal at 62. OTR has been very good miles. Starting OTR 49 cpm. With two deductions claimed, and full health insurance for one person, I am taking home an average of over 1000/week.
