Great company. Need more people working in office 4 drivers when we call in. No issues with home time at all. Orientation hotel in nashville,tn is inhumane and should be shut down by the health department and public safety department. No companies perfect you'll never find a perfect company but this company is very good. It's a mega company with normal people running it that's what we all kind of want we don't want that corporate company that has corporate people running it and treat you like the bottom of the barrel garbage this company does not do that they're great people.

- All new drivers to have experience and they're very lenient on who they're taken which is good they have a wide variety of different types of trucks from International to Freightliner to Volvo. They also offer flat bed which is awesome. And will train students for Cdl

- They're Pennsylvania yard as far as maintenance personnel and truck quality is absolutely terrible. Need to go to Nashville to get the best trucks. They need more people to the answering phones after first shift is up because it will seriously help efficiency and productivity and thoughts will overall increase Revenue.
The company overall is still in its infancy stage it's glowing and it has his Growing Pains but overall it's a great company and they're trying to give people or just come out of school opportunities. I think they need to pay their truck drivers a little bit more and if they're having trouble doing that then perhaps they need a better negotiator when it comes to getting contracts and fighting four loads and rates also maybe they need to look into cutting some salaries on the clerical side with the offices.
