Sheep in wolves clothing. One thing that I cannot stand is a robot that cannot just be upfront, real and honest. In the beginning, pretty good gig. Make Schneider a lot of money because I rarely go home, but that is my choice. BEWARE, do not speak up or comment negatively if you are not getting what you need, it will haunt you. They claim that they are all about safety, but yet, will take you on runs that are not safe before training you for a certain situation knowing your driving experience level. Orientation is bs. No training until after an incident occurs or not at all, and then claim it against you. Equipment overall pretty good. Pay is OK, not the best, but not horrible either.
