Pros
The trucks, the access to leadership, the routes, and the fact that they will actually listen to me.
Cons
Pre-planning needs some work

Been here a little over two years. It's not a perfect company, but its the best one I have been to. And - they are trying, the effort is there. I never feel like they are trying to screw me over, even when things don't go my way. If you live in their freight lanes, or live in the truck, you can make money and be happy here. The one thing that can really bite you is being a truckstop cowboy. Being late is a big no-no.

I've been here since 2015, when the "New Management" happened. It's not a perfect company, but the equipment & miles are great, and I usually know where I am going next before I get there. I am confused about the last review - new management happened almost 6 years ago? I would tell anyone thinking about coming here that I haven't been yelled at or intimidated by a dispatcher/safety. If anyone talked to me like that, Brent , Linda or Jerrod or Jozalinn would know about it right away. I think the reviewer might be being honest, I'm just guessing that the review is based on their experience back before 2015. I think any drivers working here could tell you that there isn't a lot of yelling happening, its a pretty laid back place. I do wish I could get home more often, but I'm either too busy or the part where I live in BFE and there isn't a lot of freight going to where I live.
