This is the worst company on the planet. Do not work for them. It would be like getting a job with the Galactic Empire and having Darth Vader be your boss. I am in the military, and I was either late or completely missed duty the entire time I worked for Swift. They wanted to blame it on me. They change the rules to avoid paying detention or layover whenever they want. You can do better, and it’s not even hard to do so. There are several other training companies that will treat you like royalty compared to the way you will get treated here.
