This place is an absolute waste of time to anyone that values their PSP scores or that plan on making a living wage. I have only completed orientation however i have been lied to at least 3 times since first contact. Upon first contact with the recruiter, i was promised a new truck with Bluetooth, $0.46/mile running regional, home weekly, and with an average paycheck of $1000-$1200 weekly take home. Upon completion of orientation, i was given a used Volvo with upwards of 300,000 miles, smells like a wet dog inside, and 0.38/mile for the first 60 days (which is one of the lowest in the industry) and 0.43 afterwards. The trucks are pieced together the best they can, but wouldn’t pass a DOT inspection. The recapped drives are old and ready to peel any day, there are gouges takes out of the tires yet they refuse to fix them. During the orientation, we were taken out for our road test in a truck that should have been shut down. The truck was all over the place, steering system was about shot, dragging to the right then left and back to the right. Trailer was dog legging to the right, brakes were grabbing hard, and transmission had an air leak. When you figure out your gross pay, 2200 miles *.38 doesn’t equal $1000-$1200 takehome The hotel they use is probably the worst in the city, one driver woke up with roaches in his bed, another had roaches coming out of the hand rail in the shower, i had a combination. I had ants plus roaches in my shower. The housekeepers do not respect the DO NOT DISTURB sign, they just walk in and do what they please.
