Micro management!! This company sucks plain and simple. Cameras on you all the time can't eat, drink, No headsets at all and do not even think about touching you cell phone, cb or even the radio or you are terminated!!!!! Loads never ready on time, always are late with loads. Management doesn't know how to manage it's people. Safety department thinks it runs the company.
