The dispatchers do a good job. The ops manager is a liar! He would rather lie when the truth sounds better! The upper management are complete morons and there seems to be a big lack of communication between them! They dont keep their promises when it comes to pay and sign on bonuses! Its a shame that you have to fight with a company to get them to keep their promises they made before you come to work for them! You know its bad when the turnover is 100 percent! This company is a complete waste of time. Maybe they should become a driver training facility that hires drivers fresh out of driving school.
