DO NOT GET HURT whIle working for this company! My doctor has me off work due to a shoulder injury/surgery that happened while at work, however, Quality has ordered me to drive against my Dr's orders. As we all know, if I did that and was involved in an accident, my fault or not, I could be held criminally responsible as well as both of us being help civilly responsible. They won't pay my temp benefits, even though I have the Dr's release. It's profit over their drivers and will do anything for profit, including putting the driver in this type position. It's been 6 weeks since I've gotten a check for workers comp due to this dispute and have had to file complaints with TX Dept Ins. and NTCSA. We all know how slow these clocks spin trying to get relief, so until then they left me out to dry. It looks like I'm going to have to bring action against the company we were working for in order to get something done. STAY AWAY!!!!!
