- The insurance is decent at best, you have to be careful to stay in network or can get expensive. Linehaul is strictly bid by seniority, junior drivers have to settle for night and short runs but the lowest paid drivers at OD will still make more money than most OTR drivers.
One of the best jobs in the industry, 37years driving 14years with OD.I'm home every day long days on a 660 mi daily turn but weekends off,well maintained and mostly new equipment, be there on time, drive safely and no pressure from management.
