Pros
Well maintained equipment Respectful dispatchers Steady freight-no sitting Exceptional lease plan Terminals have good driver amenities
Cons
Company trucks have driver cams They run lots of northern lanes/especially in winter They are safety sticklers Trucks governed 63/have lane departure and front radar systems They are still a mega carrier meaning-forced dispatch/routing solutions/fuel solutions (which don't bother me but bothers some)

The equipment, while not the nicest, is very well taken care of and late model. You don't break a sweat when pulled in for roadside inspections. I've always been home when I wanted to be for as long as I wanted. How many miles you get depends on many factors, but when I was flatbed otr national, I did 2800 miles a week average. Roehl has lots of steady year round contract freight. I love this company. While it's not perfect, I wouldn't drive for any other mega carrier.
