Decent company to get your start. Trucks have nice amenities in them. Recently sold to Heartland Express. I enjoyed my time working there but small things are beginning to change.

Pros
Office personnel, quality equipment, consistent miles, VERY flexible hometime.
Cons
Pilot Flying J exclusive for fueling, no fuel bonus program.

Fantastic family run company. The office staff really care about the drivers and dispatch is very flexible. Most drivers make it home every weekend. Lots of out and back to the east coast. Equipment is well maintained with inverters, APU’s and refrigerators standard. No forced dispatch, no forced routing. The accessorial pay really adds up too. $200 to NYC/Long Island, extra pay for driver assist and equipment also.
