Pros
Trucks Miles Home time
Cons
Weekend or night dispatchers Cpm should be atl3ast 95cpm High truck payments. 690 a week for a truck that has 300k miles over priced

I've worked here for almost 2 years. It's not bad. Between 800 to 1200 a week 2700 to 3200 miles respectively. Miles are there and if you become a lease driver and trainer after one month you won't see under 1600 with student most paychecks I've 2k. I've seen 2800. But solo it's just okay. They are starting to do more bonuses stay out 30 days 500 dollar bonus. Every month now. Dispatchers are pretty good however night and weekend dispatchers are just really unresponsive and unreliable. I made 65k my first year. Not bad of a company. If you go home a lot it won't be worth it. Good runs though like my usual routes
