Truck cameras and auto-shift transmissions

I drive their dedicated Wisconsin based tanker account and have been with them about 6 months. This is also my first tanker job. So far I've had nothing but good experiences with them. Those started when I went to Georgia (where they are headquartered) for orientation. They paid for a flight there and back, provided good lodging, had a meal stipend, and use of a company pickup the entire time I was there (which may or may not apply to those local to their terminals). They are also very family oriented. I had some issues surrounding the birth of my son and they basically told me do what I had to do. They worked with me so I could remain part time and approved an early payout of my hiring bonus to help with the bills. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Beyond my personal experience, they offered a decent guaranteed minimum pay, training was good, they have well maintained equipment, the southern charm is strong in their staff, my account has sleeper trucks for the occasional overnight run, and everyone is more than willing to help out. My account is also unique in that we are not micromanaged or dispatched on a set time. As long as the load makes it on time, they don't care much on when you start your day or how you run. About the only downsides would be the trucks have cameras on them, and they use auto-shift transmissions. Even with those personal preferences aside, I'm very happy to be driving for them.
