Pros
Hometime, equipment, miles
Cons
Fleet managers, starting pay

Equipment is kept up they bought new cascadias and LT's. Brand new trailers starting to move into the flatbed division. Maintenance staff is very helpful will do anything for you. Home time is the most flexible in the whole trucking industry you can choose. They have a hometime plus fleet which is great if you wanna be home more. Pay is based off of performance so if you don't perform well its gonna be low if you stay on it and be on time and work efficiently your pay will go up. Which is good in my opinion not based on seniority. Tarp pay went up. Weekly miles anywhere from 2000 to 2500 ball park. I run flatbed and we haul lumber, steel, some machinery, and all other stuff usually is a surprise to you something from the normal other than lumber and steel. You will run the same lanes most of the time makes it easy. Fleet managers can be iffy you'll run into bad ones and good ones night dispatch and weekend dispatch aren't too nice.
