Charge drivers for Direct Deposit, must work 3 weekends before seeing first check (if you start on a Friday), says pay on Monday but won’t receive money until Tues/Weds, small company who sit within feet away but somehow still cannot communicate things to each other to prevent errors. Best thing is the mechanics they are on their job, Owner is promising but if it’s not communitcated to the person completing the promise what good does it make. Dispatch needs to be on top I shouldn’t be given a load day of for pickup while on a currently deliver its unrealistic to trip plan on time. Meaning if I get a 2 stop load to deliver 9PM and the next 6am I should know a day earlier (not the day of) that I have to pick another load up “BY NOON”. Cuz I would start my clock next to the 9pm delivery and deliver the 6am earlier and take a 10.... but small company you get what u get
