Pros
Mostly new equipment. Easy to stay legal and avoid DOT. Most dispatchers are fine except Mitch
Cons
Terrible work hours and always rushing unless you're OTR and out for multiple weeks. OTR loads give you plenty of time to shower and eat. They're adopting a mega carrier mindset and treat you like a HOS robot and not a person who might be exhausted from the load planning which doesn't even give you enough time to shower for multiple days while regional.

Worked here for 3 years. OTR was acceptable. Regional was awful. They do 14hr shift pausing after 2hrs or more off duty and they take full advantage of that as a business strategy. I frequently had 16-18hr+ shifts after waiting on loads and my sleep schedule flipped from day driving to night driving to day driving. I tried to work with them to keep my shifts at 14hrs max and not throw my sleep so abruptly, but their solution was to just offer less work days. If you miss an appointment time you might sit for 24hrs to reschedule without pay. Reefers will gel up in the winter regardless of fuel additives but I never had my truck gel up.
