Pay. People. Equipment. Benefits
Cons
Peoplenet no gps. Idle restrictions.

I have worked here for 1 year now. Honestly I think this is the best company out there. Better than Walmart. I take off 5 days a month and despite that my average paycheck averages out to 1480 dollars gross! That’s not including the 401k they give me an extra 50 bucks every week plus loyalty pay which is basically like 40 or 50. Health insurance is 100% free no a dime for me to pay. The people there are the best really helpful and friendly. Orientation is good you meet everyone. They fly you to orientation. Redmond Oregon is a really beautiful place to visit love it. I want to retire here. You can only go home every 3 weeks tho if you run all 48 like me. Overall absolutely great company! No regrets and I just don’t want to leave

I worked here for 18 months because I had no other option I was a trainer for a year here. My paychecks were 820 a week gross on 3000 miles. 600 or so after taxes. For a lease purchase guy that is a slap in the face I’m not making 1500 a week company with free health insurance and a great 401k plan roughly 1800 a week if you add in benefits. I don’t pay to get truck fixed or any of that garbage. When I was a trainer here I would gross 1300 to 1600 a week running team 4500 to 5500 miles a week. They had nice trucks but you’ll be broke. My gross annual pay was 47000 a year for a trainer!! The first year I was there grant it I only trained for the last 6 months of that year. I had no health insurance or any benefits. I was broke as a joke I would take off 1 day hometime every 3 weeks and that’s all I made. This is the bottom feeder of the bottom feeders company 2 years for dui they hire felons after a couple years. Most people here have a criminal background. This company wasent great I did manage to get 2800 to 3000 miles a week tho solo but only gross 830. You end up paying more in taxes since your a 1099 employee if you have any other options as far as companies go go there I don’t care if it’s swift or prime the one student I had had no criminal background clean record I looked at him and told him to go anywhere else he said he wanted to lease he ended up leaving after the first couple paychecks. I’m being 100% with you guys. Don’t work here sure the people in the office are nice but they laugh at you behind your back for being so stupid to work there. No life no money but hey if this is the only company that will hire you like me when I was in your shoes you gotta do what you gotta do for now on that case be a company driver here never lease here period you’ll actually make more ad a company guy here
