Been at West Side for over two years. We run dry van no touch mostly in the MW/SE. Thought about why I'd list reasons not to work here but honestly these things are just industry standards. I enjoy the way I'm managed, rarely do I have to call in to dispatch but stuff happens, I run recaps with the occasional 34 on the road. Hometime promises are met, they have a weekly promise of $1,100 that does get used especially nowadays (writing this during Corona times) but we're kept busy enough. Benefits are down the middle, I've had better and worse. I think we're up to about 600 trucks and plenty of trailers for pre loads drop/hook and the customers are routine. Lately I've been on a sweet run from MN to Houston TX. Anyways I have no regrets picking West Side - I live in the Midwest but I'm sure we hire beyond that. Stay safe and wash your hands, drivers!
