- Hometime difficult if not MN or NC, no long-term $ incentive, CPM actually drops when there's less freight/miles. Typical reefer 0200 appointments, hours in docks without $ & limited/irregular rest.
A medium-sized reefer carrier with owner aspirations to be a big player. Tiny, region-based dispatch open standard business hours. Decent starting carrier. Top 50 CPM requires constantly calling for loads (preplans uncommon), live in MN or NC & out for 3+ weeks.
