Pros
Easy work, good people, decent facilities
Cons
Job needed to pay hourly not cpm. No refrigerator in the truck.

I was with the dedicated Walmart Fleet driving nights on a 6/1 schedule and normally left the warehouse between midnight and 2 am. I liked the position but the company got short handed and due to increased loads, would vary my dispatch times that totally screwed up my sleep pattern so bad, it became a safety hazard. I previously brought this to my ops manager and she assured me my dispatch times would go back to the normal times. This lasted 3 months and they returned to varied dispatches from 6 pm to 2 am. My on-duty time would average 10 - 13.5 hours per day (62-65 hrs/wk). As for the pay, I only received more than the minimum guarantee of $1125 once (due to receiving holiday pay). You were paid per mile but 1/3 to 1/2 of your on-duty time was unpaid. The truck I was in was below average and was previously abused by prior drivers. I think Marten's otr and regional positions are probably better.
