- Newer truck to operate. The sign on bonus which they have increased recently.

- Treatment of drivers. They are great at charge backs. working drivers to death. They relay trailers even during the 10 hour sleep time. They send anyone from other drivers to cops to wake you up and this is after they have blown up your phone RIGHT after the ten hour break is over. Home time? ..... good luck. The whole week that I gave them the notice of quitting they called me and asked me to give them a good review.
The most horrible experience I have ever had working for a company. Their reputation is horrible in the neighborhood and I listened to the people I came across instead of their employees. I listened to the drivers on their way out. However they try to direct them out different direction to they won't come across new hires.
