CFI is an amazingly solid company. If you want to be respected, if you want to be an “actual captain of your ship” come to CFI. No the money isn’t great comparatively. But you will get miles. I have less than a year with company and already have a brand new 2023 KW T680. You are allowed to shut down for any reason in the name of safety. No micromanaging NO disrespect from FM. If you are reading negative reviews it’s from disgruntled liars. CFI isn’t perfect but they are a million times better than other companies I’ve worked for.
