No integrity with this company. My rate was lower in the offer letter than on the phone and my rate IRL ended up being less than the offer letter. Dispatch punishes driver complaints with short assignments and excessively long live loads. I signed up for OTR work and was told 90% DNH. Reality is 50% live load and 50% of the live loads I receive are 5 hours or more wait. To date I have only received retention pay for 1 live load.
