Pros
Excellent training program, Good driver culture, Pay is great if they keep you busy, New equipment, Health Benefits
Cons
Management, Micromanaging, Detention Pay, Low Miles on some terminals , Inexperience Fleet Managers. Most of the managers look down on drivers

The good … New equipment, Driver Culture-you will make some good friends. Some of the older drivers keep the culture alive. Good miles when they are there . The bad … Management is terrible, Every department is micromanaging you. You are told Tysons is not a trucking company during orientation , they are a food delivery company , that’s code for ; you will be spending most of your clock at freezer warehouses, Tyson only pays detention after 12 hours … 100.00. A lot of customer loads .The fleet managers are young and inexperienced. Really difficult to get good miles in some terminals. The company is way over managed. Management is clueless ( none of them came from driving) but the good news is, you won’t ever see them. Not an ideal company for experienced drivers anymore . If you live in the south you might get lucky ???? This company was 5 stars five years ago it has slowly just went to crap. When you have 15-30 drivers every week in orientation. The problem is not getting them in the door , the problem is keeping them… Management is clueless
