A lot of customer loads .The fleet managers are young and inexperienced. Really difficult to get good miles in some terminals. The company is way over managed. Management is clueless ( none of them came from driving) but the good news is, you won’t ever see them. Not an ideal company for experienced drivers anymore . If you live in the south you might get lucky ???? This company was 5 stars five years ago it has slowly just went to crap. When you have 15-30 drivers every week in orientation. The problem is not getting them in the door , the problem is keeping them… Management is clueless
